| Yesterday, 6/29, Rescue 26 was dispatched out to Mastersonville Fire Company's first due for a commercial vehicle fire for a reported combine on fire. Rescue 26 made the response with 5 personnel. 27 units arrived to find a large combine that was well off. With that additional and command requesting an additional tanker, Tanker 26 made the response as well.
The Rescue arrived soon after 27 units and assisted with several things on scene including checking for hot spots, overhaul, and cleanup. The Tanker arrived shortly after and delivered 2 full tanks of water for operations.
After the fire, MFD held Monday night training at the LCPSTC. Members worked on VES and victim removal via ladders. |
