Shortly after 2200 hours crews were dispatched to the area of Doe Run Road and Elm Road for a vehicle accident standby. Chief 26-1 and Rescue 26 made the response and found one vehicle into a field. The vehicle took out guide wires to a pole and were believed to have caused a short. This caused a loss of power to surrounding houses and developments. Crews remained on the scene for about an hour. No injuries were reported.
