Around 17:00, Rescue 26 and squad 26-1 was dispatched to Rapho Township for a vehicle accident standby, vehicle reported into a house and smoking. Chief 26 arrived to find a two vehicle accident with a vehicle up an embankment close to the house. Crews depowered the vehicles and cleaned up debris and fluids on the roadway.
Just before 19:00, Rescue 26, Engine 26-1, and Tanker 26 responded to the the area of Kennedy Court in Penn Township for a vehicle fire. Deputy 26 arrived to find a car smoking and staff on site attempting to extinguish the fire using extinguishers. Engine 26-1's crew verified the fire was out and completed minor mop-up.
